Trying to download an iso image from MSDN but Microsoft File Transfer Manager
never starts. I went to http://transfers.one.microsoft.com/ftm to reinstall
the FTM. I received the following message:

"There was an error launching the File Transfer Manager. Please try again
later."

I have followed the MSDN FAQ regarding removing and reinstalling FTM but
have had no success.

The problem is that I have been trying for the last 2 ws and no success.
Please help.

I'd recommend that you go to the contact us form on the Subscriber Downloads
site and submit your problem there. The support teams will be able to help
you get this resolved.

Andy,

I originally emailed msdn subscriber downloads support. They got back to me
with a strategy that was published in one of your kb articles that I had
already tried. So I emailed them back to let them know that. I HAVE NOT
HEARD BACK FOR 3 DAYS!!! Can you help me out since I have not gotten any
response in the past 3 days?

Please ping me directly with the tracking number of the trouble ticket they
created for you (should be in the e-mail subject), and I'll escalate this
with them.
