Any idea when this will be available on MSDN Universal?

I take a guess and say never. MSDN is to provide developers
with tools to develop. Great Plains is an admin (accounting)
software having little to do with development. Unless, of course,
this product is programmable with VBA, which takes it into
a whole different category :-)

Let's see what others have to say about this.

Version 7.5 is already available along with other Microsoft Business
Solutions products.

We will be adding this to the MSDN Subscription - I can't promise a
particular date but it will be fairly soon. I'd recommend the new downloads
RSS feed (http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions/rss.xml) to receive a
notification when it is posted.

We will be publishing it, though I cannot specify a date. I recommend
subscribing to the new download notification RSS feed if you haven't already
to get up-to-date notifications for when things get posted.

Great Plains can be customized with VBA or with Dexterity. Dexterity
is an entire programming language created for Great Plains.

Are there any restrictions on the MSDN version of GP besides the concurrent users and site limitations?

Does it restrict the number of vendors or customers or transactons etc? I am implementing a customization project for a client and want to make sure there are no such limitations. It would be such a waste of time if while testing we found that the MSDN version limited the number of transactions.

Thanks in advance
Suren
