Unable to connect CETK

Hi all,
I have the BSP for developed for Toshiba TX49XX(MIPS) reference board.
I downloaded the nk.bin image and then tried to run " clientside.exe" .
When I start the CETK server(host) ,it won't detect the peripherals on board.
I don't know whether communication is established between the client and server.
I specified /p and /n also but was in vain.
May I know what could be the problem?
