Windows 2003 does not support SQL Server 2000 sp 2 or below. When I when to
the download SQL Server 2000 SP 3, I found the complete install for SQL
Server 2000 sp2 and I found sp 3 only. Where can I download SQL Server 2000
sp3?

The warning message you get from Windows Server 2003 just means you need to
apply SP3 immediately after you finish installing SQL Server (before you put
it into production use). There is no "slipstreamed" version of SQL Server.
