Can't Login to MSDN Subscriber Downloads

When attempting to do a passport login to MSDN Subscriber Downloads, I
get a page with an "Object Moved" error. I've bene getting this for
awhile now. From what I've been able to gather, it may be a
redirection issue?

From this page:

I click on the "Sign In" button, which links to this page:

https://msdn.one.microsoft.com/Regi...ed.asp?Option=1

which gives me the error.

Does anyone have an idea what I'm doing wrong?
