Hi Doug,

1. The problem you are seeing is on the websites server, not much you can do
apart from email the owner of the website to let them know. You can also try
accessing the site at a less busy time.

2. This group is about MSDN not MSN, This group is more about programming
related activities etc. I don't know if there are MSN specific newsgroups
where you might be better of asking future questions in regards to internet
access problems?
