MSDN Help Very Slow in VS.NET

| Please help, When using Visual Studio.NET 2003 and I request a help page from within the ide, it is consistently taking upto 3 or 4 minutes to display and shows a message saying "Downloading....." in the status bar at the bottom left. I have the MSDN Subs
criptions Library January 2004 installed. I am running a 3 GHz Pentium4 with 768 Mb RAM, so it shouldn't be a machine issue.
Any help would be much appreciated

| Did you exclude the MSDN folder from antivirus scanning? That improved MSDN
performance substantially for me.
