Author library for vs.net vs msdn library

2004-03-28, 10:07 pm

What is the difference between the MSDN Library for VS.Net 2003 that is on
the same DVD as VS.Net 03 and the MSDN Subscriptions Library that has its
own DVD (or 3 cd set)?
Thanks

Hi,

The one included in your MSDN sub is the most up-to-date. The one included
with VS is the copy from the date VS2003 was released. MSDN is published
every quarter.

Cool, thanks, so looks like the one for VS.net is a waste of a gig or so of
hard drive space.
