Author Forms Authentication - Some users can't stay logged in

I'm using Forms Authentication for an extranet. It works fine for all my
users except 2. Neither user can stay logged into the site for longer than
about 5 minutes. This seems to be a machine specific problem because other
computers on the same network work fine. Both machines are WinXP Pro. One
has SP2 the other doesn't. Both accept cookies and have low security
settings. Any ideas about what could be causing this problem?

Something to check would be their IP addresses. It could be that their IP
addresses are being renewed every few minutes which may cause problems. Also
look into their system clocks in case they are off. You might also try
ensuring that the sliding expiration is enabled on the Forms authentication
so that they aren't getting an absolute expiration instead.

Hope this helps,
