| Something to check would be their IP addresses. It could be that their IP
addresses are being renewed every few minutes which may cause problems. Also
look into their system clocks in case they are off. You might also try
ensuring that the sliding expiration is enabled on the Forms authentication
so that they aren't getting an absolute expiration instead.
