Author Script Errors after Hard Drive Crash

Can anyone help me to resolve the script errors I now get in my VS6
MSDN? I recently had my hard drive crash and has to recover from a
backup to a new drive. The recovery actually went pretty well and I
got almost everything back the ways it was. However, I did need to
reinstall some software.
I did end up re-installing VS6 Enterprise. I did not reinstall MSDN
immediately. After starting MSDN, I would get the script error "object
doesn't support property or method" an various links within MSDN. A
reinstallation of MSDN did not solve this issue. I then removed MSDN
for VS 6 ( please take note: I also have VS. NET and MSDN for VS .NET
installed and these are operating normally) and then re-installed it
again. This still did not resolve the issue.
Can anyone suggest another course of action to help resolve this MSDN
scripting issue?

TIA for any assistance,
John Wood
