I recently (August) upgraded from OS to Professional which, according to the
list on the search page, entitle me to Visual C++ 1.52 [never mind why I'd
want to download it for now, I just did]. But I'm getting an Internet
Explorer MessageBox which says
"You do not have permission to transfer files in this context"

I know it's not a settings problem because I successfully downloaded a
different file (MS-DOS6.22's .exe-file) using the file transfer manager. Is
there something I may have done wrong in logging into the site with the
subscription. I just tried to manage my existing passport and enter the ID#
from the new card I got and it didn't change anything.

All help appreciated.

TIA
Norm
