Over the past 3 w s I have:
I've submitted bug reports using the web forms present on the site,
twice.
I've sent emails to the ones listed on the site, four times.
Called the phone number found (which rolls to Customer Support so it
did in fact seem an appropriate number to call) four times.
I've yet to get any indication that there is anything other than a
skeleton staff taking money from suckers at this point. And I used to
be a Mabry advocate...I found their software to be excellent in the
past and was the one to recommed it for purchase by my company a few
years ago.

same experience, glad didn't buy anything.
They were very prompt when I purchased an email OCX
5 years ago, but ended up not using it.
