Author Add a line break in label.text

I am learning how to program using Visual Studio 2005 (I chose Visual Basic
to start).

My question is:

I have a sentence which I want to split in two. I would like half the
sentence on the first line, and the other half right under it, on the second
line. How can I accomplish this feat?

P.S. Right now I can only get the label to show the sentence to me all on
one line.

This stuff really is becoming a major chore now! I really do wish that
Micro$haft had not tried to kid people into believing that their new fangled
dotnet thing had something to do with their tried and tested and well loved
Visual Basic, which they so nastily dropped in their hunt for new treasure!
So nasty of them to use the words "Basic" and "Visual" in their new "money
spinner" that has nothing at all to do with standard classic VB!

Try a dotnet newsgroup.

(I think we're gonna have to change to name of this group!)

This is a VB "classic" newsgroup. Questions about VB.NET (including VB 2005,
which has dropped .NET from its name) are off-topic here.

Please ask .NET questions in newsgroups with "dotnet" in their names. The
*.vb.* groups are for VB6 and earlier. If you don't see the *.dotnet.*
groups on your news server, connect directly to the Microsoft server:
msnews.microsoft.com.

As a beginner, I thank you for your thoughts and assistance. I will try
another group that may be able to assist me.
