Author Loading a file from Internet Cache

Hello Everybody,
I have VB6 EE on WinXP Pro.

Currently I am working on a custom web browser's project using Web Browser
Control of Microsoft. (I have started another thread regarding another topic
related to same project).

As Web Browser control is another instance of Internet Explorer (pardon me
if my language is technically wrong), therefore, at run-time "my browser"
and Internet Explorer are using same internet cache files. If a certain file
is downloaded by Internet Explorer into internet cache. Is it possible to
load this file into different parts of my software from internet cache?
Web Browser control would automatically load it from internet cache as it is
another instance of Internet Explorer.
What if we wanted it to save a copy of the file from internet cache to My
Documents; or load and display it on an Image Control (if it is an image
file)?

Thank you,
--
