Author Grouping, but without a frame

Hi Everybody,

I would like to group some controls together, but also hope to
have a fair amount of control over the background of the container.

In short, I would like to make it transparent,

Microsoft's FrameControl won't permit that, does anyone know
of another container that will?

Thanks,

Paul
