how do i set the language that will be used in vb.
i have text feeding in from a .txt file and it is getting all messed up once
in vb as it is not recognising the accents on the letters.
I was looking at setLocale API but im not sure how i use it t set the
language.

Can anyone help me?

Install the appropriate version of Windows (hebrew, italian, swahili,
whatever) and go from there. There is a difference between locale settings
and the languages a given installation of Windows supports.
