Resizing a coolbar

Dear fellow Developers,
With

bar? i am using a treeview as its child. I am using both
controls in a MDI form. My problem is, how can I resize my

bar's
height since my

bar is placed in the left side of the MDI form. I
want the

bar together with the treeview to be resized like what in
our windows explorer. Please help me with this. Any suggestions will be
greatly appreciated.
