Hello all

My email program to download messages from a POP server is having a
problem. It waits X seconds, then calls winsock.connect to the POP
server. It then downloads the messages sequentially and issues a
"quit" command to the POP server. It then waits X seconds again, and
repeats the process from the top.

Problem is, I get no response from the server the second time
winsock.connect is called. Why would this be? X = 10 seconds, which
should be fine.

Why would I get no response?
