Author UserControl load

Hi to all,
I've a problem that is hard to solve by me because I've never used
UserControls.

I've several UserControls, each representing an input mask for a table
record.
Moreover, I've a list-view where each item represents the name of respective
UserControl.

Actually, the only way (...that I know... ) to Show\Hide these masks is to
load them into main form at design time and set UserControl visible property
to True\False.

However, I wish to load\unload these masks, programmatically at run-time,
depending on user choice into a list-view.

There's anyone knows the technique to do this?
Any suggestion will be appreciated... thanks in advance.
Francesco
