And (g) do switch to Java where multithreading is built-in and very
easy to do, and then you will look and your VB colleagues will be

Pom-poms and banners and lots of preaching? We just had a parade like
that for .NET. Not to mention the multiple marching bands banging on
drums and blowing their tubas, and, of course, the spectacular
fireworks...
