C# - Inherited form

Hi all,

I'm having a problem when inheriting from a base form. I defined the
base form and then added an inherited one via "Add | Add inherited
form".

The new form seems to work fine while designing it.
But when I compile the application, one of the controls (at random) I
added to the inherited form gets resized and moved to wherever the
designer wants. Sometimes outside form's client area so it's never
visible. This usually occurs with labels and textbox.

I cant' seem to work this out and it's driving me crazy

Any help on this will be very appreciated!

Are you using VS2003 or VS2005?
