How can give full privileges on a text file to everyone, that is created in ASP.NET a

I have a class that creates and modify the log file, which is part of
web services project solution. How can I give access(full privileges)
on this file for the user(say ASPNET or DOMAIN USER) inside my
program.

or Can I create/modify a file using FileInfo class that has
access(full privileges) to all the users(EVERYONE).

any ideas?
