Upload file using asp

I have to do something like this that a user see list of record if
he would find record and want to upload that list then he could upload
in a pdf file of that record. please help me

Can we just get your requirement straight first.
A web page shows a user a list of items. They can choose an item and upload
a PDF related to the item (upload meaning they have the file and need to
send it to the server).
Is this correct?

Oh I m sorry
Not upload I was wrong actually I want when any user see this list and
want to copy of that list then a button should be available on page
and he should download that page in pdf format on system. I think u
will be aware what I want Please help me.
