can anybody help me out?what i need to do is -- upload a .doc file to an html format so that the formatted text is not changed.can someone plz provide me with the asp code for this?

You want to upload a *.doc file, then convert it to HTML so that it
looks exactly the same as when you started? There are lots of things
that Word can do that HTML cannot, so getting it to look exactly the
same is probably impossible. Getting it to look even somewhat the same
in all cases wouldn't be easy. I expect you'd need a component to do
this, and I've never heard of one.
