Hi,
I have one customer request form. and in this for we have combo box
with 3 selection i.e.

Cash
DD
Credit card

and i have maked another form for each selection menu(cash ,dd, credit
card)

so when client slelect any from combo then the coresponding form should
be inserted between in the main form(request form). please help me with
example code, how can i do this.
