Author consuming a web service without IIS

I have this problem. Any help will be appreciated. The CS department
of my University has a web server running IIS compatible with ASP.NET
and is somehow not accessible outside the department. However, I need
to consume that web service(wriiten on that SERVER in ASP.NET) from a
client that is part of a server which doesn't have IIS nor has a
version of ASP.NET running. is this possible? if it is how? is there
any code that I can write that helps me contact the server in my
department. Say I have a webservice which accepts 2 integers and
returns the addition of the two, what client ide code would I run?

Thanks
