Author IIS bans IP-addess automatically?

Hi - I'm developing system in asp. We are experiencing really weird
problems with the traffic. It seems like IIS in some way bans the
gateway IP-adress from where I'm developing. The page can easily be
accessed from all other IP-addresses.

First I thought that it was changes being made in the firewall setup
locally (at work) or remotely (at server). I've talked to the
symins about this, but the say that nothing has been changed. In
what circumstances would the IIS-installation reject connections on
port 80?

Any ideas?

Regards
Thor
