Author mapping TCP/IP connections to sessions

Is there any way to map TCP/IP connections/ports to active internet
sessions or database connections? I'm trying to figure out which
TCP/IP connections are being used by an OLAP database connection in an
asp.net session so I can break these connections on the OLAP server in
an attempt to kill queries.
