Alternative to Application Centre

Hi,

We have purchase three identical servers with the intent of using them as a
web farm. The problem I have encountered is that we cannot afford to
purchase the licence for Microsoft's Application Centre. So my problem is I
am trying to find an alternative for the windows servers 2003 IIS 6.0 web
farm. Has anyone found an alternative product to do this. I have
experimented with Robocopy and the IIS 6.0 migration tool, but I can only
migrate one site at a time with the migration tool, and I have not got
Robocopy to work all that well. Unlike Application Centre which replicates
everything including the metabase and files in almost real time. Has anyone
got any suggestions or ideas or alternative products I can try.
