| I hate to raise this matter now. I want to know Richard W. Stevens's
cause of death. I am just curious. He was just 48. His books are very
inspiring. I couldn't find the answer.

I heard, although I can't recall the source, that he was in a
boating accident. I have no idea of the veracity of that, but
you are corrcet: Rich's books were very inspiring. I had the
honour of being one of the reviewers for his last published book
(UNP v2)...

I heard it was a hang-gliding accident. Possibly read it at kohala.
