Revamped compilers.iecc.com web site

I have moved the web site with the compilers archive to a new server, and
in the process considerably improved the internal search engine so full
text searches work again. I also made some less visible changes so that
Google should now index all 29,661 articles in the archive.

Take a look at http://compilers.iecc.com, and let me know what seems
broken.
