Hi,
reading news I have understood that

Writing Interactive Compilers and Interpreters
P. J. Brown
Wiley - Interscience
ISBN 0 471 10072 2

is a good book.

I'd like develop an IDE interface on Windows (or Linux) OS to permit to
young boys and girls (secondary school) to develop some easy Logo
application and put it on a PocketPC device.

Where can I get some tutorial about this?

Thank you very much,
Marco
[It's a fine book but it was written a long time ago, before anyone knew
what an IDE would be. -John]
