Hi all,

I wrote a little tcl program (Windows) using snack. The program
crashed at random times.
I found out that it was due to playing certain wav files. There wasn't
any problem playing them with other applications.
Does anybody know about snack problems? Is there a fixed version?

Thanks

What version are you using? The snack home page lists version 2.2.10
as apparently being the newest (even though that was about 2 years
ago). I don't know if there is a newer version anywhere.

You could submit a bug report, attaching one of the .wav files that
cause the problem, to see if a bug fix is known by the developer.

hmm ... never ran into that with current snack

Do your wav files crash with this (small, 60 lines or so...) script ?
http://www.stevescripts.com/software/tsp.tcl

Hope this helps
