Is Tcl an ActiveX scripting language

| Hello,
I used Tcl a lot but only on UNIX machines. Now I'm facing the
following challenge - I use a SecureCRT (by Vandyke Technologies)
telnet emulator to access to multiple systems (from Windows XP PC).
This program has a feature to run scripts (JS, VBS and Perl) to send
commands to remote system and analyze responses. It works fine with
ActivePerl from ActiveState but my problems is that my Perl skills
wish to be better and right now it's not a quite reasonable for me to
learn Perl because I do pretty much of Tcl programming and it works
more then fine for me. I have ActiveTcl installed on my PC. I posted
on Vandyke forum to find out if SecureCRT will support ActiveTcl and
the response was that if ActiveTcl is an ActiveX scripting language
then Yes.
Did anyone have same question? Could someone help me to find out? I
tried searching on this newsgroup and wiki regarding this but could
not find a concrete answer
Thanks,
Pavel.
