TclPlugin window/compiling

TclPlugin for Linux/x86 (downloaded from www.tcl.tk/software/plugin/)
creates an empty Tcl window only. It works for me on Linux/amd64
platform though, I use current version of Ubuntu.

It is even worse when I try to compile the TclPlugin from its source
code, since it just popups a default Tk window out of Firefox. It is
so probably because of lack of the 'nptcl' library there.
