These are only available on the Mac, as the doc states. On my iBook
however, I can only see 'caution', 'note', and 'stop', the others are
just white rectangles. Furthermore, these bitmaps belong to the Mac
Classic era, and I tested this on Tcl 8.5, and support for Mac Classic
was dropped in 8.5. So perhaps, the docs need updates and perhaps also
the implementation of these bitmaps??

Apart from that, I too think, the predefinded bitmaps should be
mentioned in the appropriate manual pages (perhaps with a link to
GetBitmap), like in the manuals for tk_dialog, canvas, image,
bitmap ...
