You may be very right about a limited command line, but I thought that
was a problem for Windows 95 ...

Willie, to check this:
- use full paths in the DOS batch files too
- cd to the working directory in your Tcl program

Please report what happens in these two cases.

You guys are exactly correct it's a command line limitation. The bat file
fails with the full path names.
