3 years later I repeat someone else question.

Does there exist a tcl based YAML (www.yaml.org) parser, or is anyone
actively working on one?

Judging from http://wiki.tcl.tk/yaml - not yet, but it looks like it
couldn't be too hard to whip one up :^)
