I created the configure & automake stuff for compiling mod_tcl as a
shared module. Also, there is a .sln file for MSVC Express and a
mod_tcl.dll binary for win32.
The distribution can be downloaded temporarily from
http://e-lehmann.de/ - I hope it can go on the official site
http://tcl.apache.org/mod_tcl when this one is up again...
