generating postscript is working on windows only from tcl version 8.5.
but the Img package is does not know to import postscript files with
ghostscript installed (it looks for gs.exe). I was not able to make it
work.
as for tk sources this seems something that the core maintainer of the
canvas widget should do. I hope someone will make it as this is way
beyond my time and knowledge.
