many options,TCL is a very good script on Windows and Linux,
but I don't know whether it's stable on WinCE.I visit the
website on sourceforge, but get little information. Can you help me?

It depends. I am writing a package that does a general handling of
PocketPC Tk applications, but generally if you want to write something for
yourself, it works quite well, but I wouldn't dare doing a redistributable
application in Tcl/Tk for now. Too much changes and some Tk issues are
really annoying.
