'clock scan' does not seem to understand the timezone EEST. I've tested
this on the 8.4.5 version. See below:

% clock scan "2/10/2000 9:20 CEST"
950167200
% clock scan "2/10/2000 9:20 EET"
950167200
% clock scan "2/10/2000 9:20 EEST"
unable to convert date-time string "2/10/2000 9:20 EEST"

Is this an intentional or mistaken omission?
