See "GUI Building Tools" at http://wiki.tcl.tk/4056 for a long list.

I have use Komodo (commercial from ActiveState) and SpecTcl, and I've
seen relatively recent postings regarding Visual Tcl, xf, and TKproE.

Yeah! - Personally I prefer XF, because it is quite mature and produces
plain tcl code which can be tweaked later. XF can start the current edited
project in a second interpreter, so rapid prototyping is a fun.

I use Visual Tcl (http://vtcl.sf.net/) from time to time for small
scripts and prototypes - but for complex things I prefer hand crafted
GUI's, there you have the best control.

I've tested several others tough, including SpecTcl and the Komodo thing
(which seems to come out of SpecTcl), but imho Visual Tcl is the best.

As the last maintainer of the XF GUI builder and the creator of its
replacement I urge you to try TKproE at

http://tkproe.sourceforge.net/
