Hii all..
i am using VW 7.4.1 and i need to acces a file in network from linux
machines...
i am able to get files from windows system within the network.
Has anybody done this before..

This is completely independent of VisualWorks.
The easiest solution is to set up Samba on the linux machine, so it can
export its file systems as windows shares, and it can mount other
windows shares.
VisualWorks does not care whether a file it's accessing is on the local
disk or on some fileserver, be it windows or linux.
