Glorp table creation problems

Hi,

I seem to have some inconsistant behaviour in creating my tables with GLORP

Sometimes it works but often it gives:

ORA-01453 SET TRANSACTION must be first statement of transaction

That sounds like it's trying to start a transaction within an already-
running transaction.
