I´m going through the tutorial and in lesson 7 there is directions how
to switch from Package to category.

My problem is that I only have Package and Parcel available, when I
click on the Browser.

Anyone who can give an explanation, please?

I just updated that to get rid of that kind of problem. Did I miss
something?

Wow, that was a cryptic answer, let me translate:

Categories are gradually being phased out of VW, one consequence is that the
view for categories was removed from the browser. James Robertson recently
went over the tutorial to rewrite the affected sections and would like to
hear from you if he left any references to categories in it.

and a big thanks to James Robertson, too (James, please let us know how
to keep you posted on other discrepancies we "Cincom beginners" might
find).

It would be great to find out whether I missed something, or if the
files didn't get properly updated on the server.

I´m sorry for the delay in my reponse. I have been away.

In Tutorial 7, there is still the sentence:

"From the System Browser menu, select Browser >> Category. Below is a
graphic that summarized how the System Browser, in category mode, is
organized: "

Then comes Figure 7-3, How the System Browser (packages) is organized
