Is there a problem with the Alt key on MacOs X? None of the bindings
seem to work, as the Os traps the key and produces the alternate
characters (diacritcs, etc). Is there a way to remap the alt key to a
different key? I looked on the wiki and in the docs but couldn't find
any help.
