Is there a way to view the NameSpace hierarchy like the class hierarchy
browser?

For 7.3.1 and below, look here:

For 7.4:

1 - Open system browser (F5)

2 - Select "Class" -> "New Class"

3 - Click on the button with label "..." to the right of the field named
"Name Space:"

Hopefully Cincom will include this browser from the Transcript menu in the
next release.
