I don't think FUD relates to deliberately using misleading language,
one can also spread FUD inadvertently. I'm sorry if you found my
language offensive.

Anyway you were not clear because you said "will also contain GPLed
code", while my purpose in participating to this thread is to show that
it does *not* contain GPLed code.
