Where should VisualWorks NC problems be reported?

| http://supportweb.cincom.com appears to be for "customers" is that
correct?
If so, where should problems with VWNC be reported? For example:
$ bin/linux86/visual image/install.im
VisualWorks(R) 7.3a Apr 7 2005
Cincom Smalltalk Installer v1.3
1) clicked Check Server button
2) Server scan complete. Remote versions available for download: 5
An update to this installer application is available. Click apply
update to apply it,...
3) clicked Apply Update
Unhandled exception: 550 VW NetInstaller: No such file o...
An error occured in this application.
The application will now terminate.

The vwnc-list is the preferred place for reporting bugs in released VW
versions, several Cincom developers actively monitor that list.
