http://supportweb.cincom.com appears to be for "customers" is that
correct?

If so, where should problems with VWNC be reported? For example:

$ bin/linux86/visual image/install.im
VisualWorks(R) 7.3a Apr 7 2005

Cincom Smalltalk Installer v1.3

1) clicked Check Server button
2) Server scan complete. Remote versions available for download: 5
An update to this installer application is available. Click apply
update to apply it,...
3) clicked Apply Update

Unhandled exception: 550 VW NetInstaller: No such file o...
An error occured in this application.
The application will now terminate.

For example:

1)http://www.cincomsmalltalk.com/scri...dInstaller.ssp?
Download Cincom Smalltalk Non-Commercial - Net Installer
Linux x86 (4.16MB)
After a few seconds, downloading should begin from Cincom's FTP server.

clicked Download button

2)ftp://anonymous@ftp.cincomsmalltalk...lerLinuxX86.run

And then a script was displayed in the browser window, beginning

#!/bin/sh
# This script was generated using Makeself 2.1.4
....
....

And then nothing.

Browser: Epiphany 1.6.4

The vwnc-list is the preferred place for reporting bugs in released VW
versions, several Cincom developers actively monitor that list.
